At Couture USA, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided all security tags remain attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the item in its original packaging, ensuring that the Couture USA security tag is intact and all original accessories, dust bags, and authentication cards are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or arrange for a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the item's condition and authenticity, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
